Machusetts 24h Crisis/Suicide Hotline, is it free? (teen hotline)?

That is a good question. I know that the 800, 866 numbers are toll " free", however, I am not sure about the others. I imagine it depends on a persons phone plan, as stupid as that sounds. Again, the 800, 866 numbers are free.
