Why do offficals Ban/censor music? Wat genre of music is most censored? Wat r yur thoughts on music censorship

In the U.S. there is no Banning nor any actual Censorship....there are some family oriented stations that will Edit certain songs...but they can be heard elsewhere in their entirety, that's as far as it goes here.
