Would it be a good plan to...?

...found a common fleet of fire fighting helicopters in the Aegean with an agreement between Turkey and Greece? This way, the fires would not threaten our ecosystem and many more lives could be saved with cooperation between neighbors. In fact, such a system could even be used for tourism during the other seasons bringing a boost to the local economy. What do you think?
