Wolfowitz and World Bank Embarrment, what next ?.?

it's funny, of all the things to bring negative attention to the World Bank, a 'girlfriend scandal' we be it.....Both the World Bank and the IMF are on their way down the tubes, they just have no credibility or effectiveness anymore, poor countries are on to their game and there's just better ways now for the West to 3rd world wealth. btw..I think the Bank pres. has to be an American..?
