Need ideas for Florida, Texas and Minnesota wedding favors!?

I'm Minneasotan, he's Texan and the wedding is in Florida! everyone is from out of town and we want them to receive a welcome package with directions, maps, a schedule, a list of local attractions in the area (Palm Beach) and 3 wedding favors that are relative to the 3 states. we're thinking nuts, chocolate, maybe something else small.....not sure what the states are really known for....help?
