How should I have handled these rude and inconsiderate people (and kids) at the hockey game last night?

My boyfriend is an usher at a baseball stadium. He deals with this kind of stuff all the time. Really, if they are bothering you this much, you can just let the usher know and he/she will deal with it. I know you probably don't want to start trouble, but they get paid to do this kind of thing.
