My dream-what could it mean?

In my dream, I'm waiting to have a life saving operation. For some reason I have to have my body parts surgically removed ( including my eyes) and put back together. As the operation day draws nearer, I become increasingly worried. Before the op I walk in on a person who is midway through the op at a hospital, he looks dead and has his eyes carved out and limbs sawn off. The dream ends.
