I hope the Myanmar government takes the offer. They haven't done a great job in aiding their people. Although aid has FINALLY (according to the link you gave) reached most people, I still think the situation in the nation is dire. More must be done. And the dictatorship that runs Myanmar is cruel. I hope things get better and that more aid goes in; its really frustrating how the situation in Myanmar worsens.
