I need serious help with this?
Listen, you can lose weight fast but it's not going to involve any pills, special programs, or funky diets. The bottom line is that food is our body's energy and obviously whatever you put into it will affect it positively or negatively. You need to rid your body of the toxins than many mainstream food and drinks contain. Just look at the ingredients on some of the foods that are sold as "low fat", "low-carb", and "low sugar". Chances are that there are tons of ingredients and most of them sound like things that shouldn't be in food anyway. That's because they're not!! Most of the foods and drinks at large supermarkets are unhealthy and acidic to you body. When your body ph is more acidic you become more susceptable to weight gain, sicknesses, diseases, etc. I would recommend doing research on some of the things found in the food your eating to truly understand what those ingredients are and what they're in there for. Some of them that I know are in a lot of foods are Monosodium glutamate(MSG), Aspartame, and high fructose corn syrup. These ingredients are not good for the body in any way, yet companies use them because they're cheap to get in m quantities, they sweeten products while allowing companies to advertise "no sugar", and they help keep people sick. Important - THE FOOD AND DRUG COMPANIES WANT PEOPLE TO BE FAT AND UNHEALTHY. There is no doubt about this. Food and medicine are big businesses and there would be a lot less business for them if people were healthy and ate the right foods. It sounds crazy but it's true. Pharmaceutical companies make billions off of pills that would be useless if people new the truth about how to keep themselves healthy. It starts with staying active mentally and physically. Next, rid you body of all the crap that mainstream products have to offer. This ranges from the toothpaste you use, to the tap water you drink, to the vegetables in your freezer. Once you start doing this I would bet that weight loss will be one of many benefits received. If you want to here more just say so in your response or something.
