How to get a cell phone interface on my laptop?

Ok so i have a dell inspiron e1505 and a casio gz'one boulder, the phone has bluetooth and i just got a dongle for my laptop, connected them via bluetooth but i want some sort of interface on my laptop to control my phone via bluetooth any help would be greatly appreciated
