Double Jeopardy - Casey Anthony?

I know that a person cannot be tried more than once for a certain crime. So does this mean that, for instance, if Casey Anthony were to walk outside the courtroom after the non-guilty verdict and yell at the top of her lungs that she did it...Is she still off the hook?
